For a speedier claims process, send an email to records@ifigo.com with a confirmed list of all vets, emergency, and specialty hospitals that your pet has seen since adoption or within two years prior to taking out Figo pet insurance.

Are there any exclusions?
Pre-existing conditions, experimental procedures, cosmetic surgery, supplements, most parasites, cloned pets, and breeding pregnancies are not covered with Figo plans. However, curable pre-existing conditions may be covered. Wellness plans and exam fees are optional extras.
