We understand sometimes life happens (Coronavirus for example) that catch us all by surprise. We have a very fair cancellation policy.
Note: If your cat passes away and you send us a copy of the death certificate or other proof from your vet, we will IMMEDIATELY cancel your plan and you will NOT be charged a cancellation fee.
We hate cancellation fees too but we have to protect ourselves against pet parents buying a plan today, claiming hundreds of Dollars tomorrow and then cancelling the next day. This is the only way we can be sure to keep offering these plans.
